Meet Your Instructor:
Alimah Haleema Hussaini was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. She moved with her family to Chicago to pursue Islamic studies at Darussalam Seminary where she completed a rigorous course in Shariah studies, graduating at the top of her class in 2023. While at Darussalam, her studies encompassed a wide gamut of subjects including Arabic, Fiqh, Usul-Fiqh, Hadith, Tafseer, and Balaghah. Since graduation, Alimah Haleema has taken advanced post-graduate coursework in Tasfir and Hadith, including a post-graduate Tafsir specialization from White Thread Institute, UK. Alimah Haleema has taught classes privately and brings an extensive background of formal traditional studies to the classroom.
